About Dr Gosrani
Treatment decisions begin with a clear diagnosis
Every recommendation is guided by a comprehensive assessment, individual diagnosis and current evidence.
Dr Nikita Gosrani is a dentist whose clinical practice is limited to the assessment and management of temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and orofacial pain. Her work focuses on jaw muscle and joint disorders, jaw-related headaches, bruxism and other conditions affecting the jaw and face. She also has a clinical interest in oral appliance therapy for sleep-related breathing disorders.
Many people with jaw pain spend months or years seeking answers before receiving a clear diagnosis. Dr Gosrani’s assessments are designed to identify the source of symptoms and the factors contributing to them, allowing treatment recommendations to be tailored to the individual diagnosis and current evidence.
The most important part of treatment is understanding why your symptoms have developed. A clear diagnosis guides better decisions."
Where appropriate, she works collaboratively with the clinic’s dental and musculoskeletal practitioners, as well as the patient’s GP and other healthcare professionals, to provide coordinated care within each clinician’s area of expertise.

Integrated care
How Dr Gosrani works within the team
TMJ symptoms can involve several interacting systems. Where appropriate, care involves collaboration between dental and musculoskeletal practitioners within the clinic.
Diagnosis comes before treatment
No isolated treatments — every recommendation sits within a structured, diagnosis-led pathway.
Whole-body assessment
Jaw, posture, muscle function, breathing, sleep and daily habits are considered together.
Multidisciplinary care
Coordinated input across disciplines when appropriate, rather than treating symptoms in isolation.
Conservative and personalised
Care is staged and adjusted over time, guided by clinical findings and jaw function.
